Saw Trailer Analysis

I have decided to analyse the horror movie "Saw", it's the same genre as our movie trailer and will give us a lot of knowledge on what the stereotypical horror trailers have. Saw had a lot of quick cuts which is a stereotype of a lot of horror trailers, this add suspense and excitement to the audience.

Genre

We have decided to base our trailer on the genre "Horror/Drama", we all had some creative idea's for this genre and thought with the idea's we had come across we could produce a quality trailer. We researched a lot into the drama and horror film and trailers and anaylised a lot of film posters to get a better insight for our trailer and film front cover magazine and poster.
